These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Affordable Rentals website and your rental of vehicles from Two Bells as One, LLC, doing business as Affordable Rentals ("Affordable Rentals," "we," "us," or "our").

By making a reservation, renting a vehicle, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the applicable rental agreement provided to you.

To rent a vehicle from Affordable Rentals:

• The renter must be at least 25 years old.
• The renter must possess a valid driver's license.
• The renter must provide valid identification and any information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
• The renter must satisfy all applicable rental and payment requirements.
• Additional drivers must be approved by Affordable Rentals before operating the vehicle.

Affordable Rentals reserves the right to decline a rental when a customer does not meet applicable eligibility or rental requirements.

Affordable Rentals currently offers full-size vehicles and SUVs, including vehicles such as Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Palisade models.

Vehicle make, model, color, and specific features are subject to availability. A reservation does not necessarily guarantee a specific vehicle unless expressly confirmed in writing.

The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned and accepted by Affordable Rentals.

The renter must return the vehicle at the agreed date, time, and location unless an extension or alternate arrangement has been approved by Affordable Rentals.

Affordable Rentals provides unlimited mileage on its rentals, subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement and any restrictions communicated to the renter.

Rental vehicles may be driven throughout the 50 United States, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.

The vehicle may not be taken outside the United States without prior written authorization from Affordable Rentals.

Vehicles are provided with a specified fuel level at pickup.

The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. Applicable fuel or refueling charges may apply when the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

The renter agrees to:

• Operate the vehicle responsibly and lawfully.
• Keep the vehicle reasonably clean.
• Follow all traffic and parking laws.
• Take reasonable care of the vehicle.
• Notify Affordable Rentals promptly of accidents, damage, mechanical problems, or other issues.
• Not use the vehicle for unlawful purposes.
• Not allow unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle.
• Not use the vehicle for racing, speed testing, or other prohibited activities.

The renter is responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized or prohibited use, subject to applicable law and the rental agreement.

The renter may be responsible for loss of or damage to the rental vehicle to the extent provided in the rental agreement and permitted by applicable law.

Affordable Rentals does not automatically provide a damage waiver. Any applicable protection, waiver, insurance, or coverage will be identified separately in the rental agreement.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

The renter is responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage required by law or the rental agreement.

Customers should review their personal automobile insurance and/or other applicable coverage before renting a vehicle.

Any insurance or protection specifically offered by Affordable Rentals will be described in the applicable rental agreement.

The renter agrees to pay all rental charges and other authorized charges associated with the rental.

Depending on the circumstances, charges may include:

• Rental charges
• Taxes and governmental fees
• Approved additional-driver charges
• Fuel or refueling charges
• Late-return charges
• Cleaning charges
• Damage or loss charges
• Towing or recovery charges
• Other charges disclosed in the rental agreement

The specific charges applicable to a rental will be provided to the renter before or as part of the rental transaction.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time unless Affordable Rentals approves an extension.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges. Customers who need additional time should contact Affordable Rentals as soon as possible.

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

Affordable Rentals may require certain information or payment authorization to confirm a reservation.

Reservation and cancellation terms may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be disclosed during the reservation process or in the rental agreement.

A rental vehicle may not be used:

• For illegal activities
• For racing or speed contests
• To transport illegal substances
• To intentionally damage the vehicle
• By an unauthorized driver
• In a manner that violates applicable law
• Outside the authorized travel area
• For commercial purposes unless specifically authorized

In the event of an accident, injury, theft, or other emergency, the renter should immediately contact the appropriate emergency services when necessary and notify Affordable Rentals as soon as reasonably possible.

The renter must cooperate with any required accident, insurance, or incident reporting.

If a vehicle is abandoned, lost, stolen, or otherwise requires recovery because of the renter's actions or violation of the rental agreement, the renter may be responsible for reasonable recovery-related charges to the extent permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the Affordable Rentals website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Website information, pricing, availability, and vehicle information may change without notice.

By contacting Affordable Rentals electronically or making a reservation through our website, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to process and manage your rental, including reservation confirmations, pickup information, return information, and customer-service communications.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Affordable Rentals will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or rental services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the renter agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the renter's unlawful use, unauthorized use, negligence, or violation of the rental agreement or these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Affordable Rentals may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a new effective date.

The terms applicable to a particular vehicle rental are also governed by the rental agreement signed or accepted by the renter.

The applicable rental agreement, these Terms, and any additional terms disclosed during the reservation process constitute the agreement governing the rental, subject to applicable law.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed rental agreement, the applicable rental agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
